MBS Audio offers two tailored services to meet your requirements:

1) All-Day Consultation – £199
Our comprehensive, all-day consultation is designed to optimise your existing hi-fi system. We take the time to understand your setup and preferences, ensuring you get the best performance possible from your equipment.


2) Product Purchase
If you already know what product you want, we make the buying process easy and flexible. Simply contact us, and we'll send you an invoice with multiple payment options, including:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Debit or Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (for flexible payment plans)

Consultation Details

  • Our all-day consultation typically lasts between 4 and 5 hours.

  • Consultations are in-person. However, we offer free online consultations after a product has been purchased.

  • Yes, MBS Audio is based in Reading, Berkshire.

    Currently we only conduct in=person consulations to areas within a 100 mile radius of Reading.

  • Yes, travel and follow-up support are included. If you purchase a product, future consultations are free of charge but limited to one item and are not full-day sessions. For additional full-day consultations covering more than one item, a reasonable fee for fuel may apply.

Product Purchase Process

  • No, there are no restrictions on the products you can purchase.

  • Invoices are usually processed and sent within 5 to 10 minutes of placing your order.

  • If the item is in stock with the distributor, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days.

    If the item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, delivery can take 2 to 3 weeks. We will keep you fully informed throughout the process.

  • All deliveries are free, regardless of size. In some cases, MBS Audio will personally deliver your order door-to-door, depending on the value and size of the product.

  • Please refer to our Terms and Privacy page for detailed information on refunds and returns.

  • We understand that things happen, so we’re accommodating with last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel, we request at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule the consultation.

    If you choose not to reschedule, a 48-hour notice is required for a refund, which will be processed within one day of notification.

  • I firmly stand behind the  quality of my service and products. While I don't offer a blanket guarantee due to the subjective nature of audio appreciation, I do provide comprehensive follow-up support.

    After any consultation or installation, I remain available to address any questions or concerns you may have about your optimised system. I am committed to ensuring your long-term satisfaction and can schedule follow-up visits if needed to fine-tune your setup. My goal is to build a lasting relationship with you , supporting you as your audio journey evolves.

  • If you're not satisfied, we are happy to provide alternative products for you to try in a follow-up consultation at no additional charge.
