By using the MBS Audio website you agree to the following conditions. MBS Audio reserves the right to revise the conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. Information offered on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. Although MBS Audio will do their best to ensure authenticity, we cannot guarantee that any information is factually correct, nor undertake or warrant that information provided will be free from defects, errors or mistakes. The information contained in the pages within this site may be updated from time to time or may at times be out of date due to specification changes and software/firmware updates. Because of updates like this it is also possible that some pages may contain technical inaccuracies. Periodically MBS Audio may take the site offline to make changes to correct any errors or inaccuracies. MBS Audio accepts no liability to you or any third party for any such actions.
Pricing and availability:
All prices on new and ex-demonstration items are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. Prices do include UK delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and item availability will be confirmed via telephone or email where relevant. Many products are special orders, with some coming from overseas and lead times can vary from brand to brand.

We can accept no liability for any errors or omissions or changes in pricing which have not yet been altered on the website. Therefore, if you have a specific requirement or are in any doubt as to the specification or price of any item found on this site please contact us for clarification
Orders & Timescales:
Any order which is placed using prices from this website will be accepted as an offer to purchase at the advertised price. All orders must be paid for in full before or on delivery. Goods that require ordering with a supplier of MBS Audio will not be placed until this deposit is paid. MBS Audio will always attempt to provide an accurate timescale for lead times but sometimes these timescales can change. MBS Audio will always keep the client informed of progress on items on order.
Retention of Title:
Title to goods purchased from MBS Audio shall remain with MBS Audio and shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by MBS Audio.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations):
These regulations apply to all goods ordered via email or telephone that are delivered by MBS Audio directly or its appointed third party carriers. You have the right to cancel the sale within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods, without penalty and without needing to give a reason. To allow MBS Audio to process a refund to you the following details need to be complied with: The cancellation needs to be in writing via email or in person; cancellation over the phone is not accepted. The goods must not be damaged, used or soiled in any way and they must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging as sent to you. All supplied accessories, remote controls, power cables, instruction manuals must be included. The goods being returned must be in merchantable condition. It will be your responsibility to return the goods at your expense. If you are returning goods via a third party courier we insist you must use a reputable company and take out full insurance to the full value of the goods whilst they are in transit. MBS Audio must be made aware that returned goods are being shipped and we require tracking information. Full refunds will not be offered for damaged items, soiled items and items that are missing any accessories that were supplied originally. Special orders and custom orders (cables made to a specific length, equipment stands made to a specific requirement are examples of custom orders) cannot be returned unless the goods are proved by MBS Audio to be faulty or unsuitable for purpose.
Restocking Fees:
Many new items that are sold by MBS Audio are ordered upon request and are not kept in stock. When MBS Audio places an order for goods with either a manufacturer or distributor we are required to pay the manufacturer or distributor for that order. If that order is then subsequently cancelled by the customer MBS Audio will make every possible effort to return the item to the manufacturer or distributor. Depending on the item it may be possible to move the cancelled item on to another client. If neither of these options are possible MBS Audio reserves the right to charge the customer a restocking fee of 12.5% of the purchase price of the cancelled order.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
When placing orders for goods delivered by an appointed third party courier we will need to be informed by telephone or email within 2 working days of receiving your goods of any damage that has occurred in transit. Please unbox and thoroughly check your purchase at your earliest convenience to ensure that nothing is missing and that the order is complete, you have the correct item, it is complete and in working order. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred during transit, you must retain all original packaging for inspection by the courier company if required. Failure to keep the packaging may result in a null and void claim for damage.
Delivery Times:
Where possible, MBS Audio will personally deliver and install (if requested) all electronic items to the customer’s residence. For the vast majority of items MBS Audio will have to order the item from the distributor/manufacturer as they do not have high levels of stock. The delivery time from the distributor/manufacturer can vary from 1 - 4 weeks depending on the item in question.
MBS Audio will keep the customer fully informed throughout the whole process from the initial placing of the order to delivery.
In some instances, namely for non-electronic, heavy items, MBS Audio may use a third party courier to deliver the item(s) to a customer. This will be on a next day delivery basis and is subject, again, to when MBS Audio receives the item from the distributor/manufacturer.
Upon receipt of the goods MBS Audio will contact the customer to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Exchanges/Swaps
If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your purchase for another item from MBS Audio you can do so, however it will be subject to a deliver and collection charge of £15.00.
Returns/Refunds
If you're not happy with what you’ve bought, please send it back to us within 14 days and note that a 10% of purchase price restocking fee will apply. Please make sure that it meets the below criteria e.g. receipt and packaging etc.
Returns costs are however at your expense.
Orders returned will not be refunded if they are without:
A receipt or an order
Confirmation email
The original box
The original packing
The accessories
Or are deemed to be in an unsellable condition
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts we will offer a full refund or replacement within 10 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will also include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
Any refunds or exchanges given will be at our discretion pending a review of the returned goods.
If it is decided that you are not eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be notified by email to collect your goods from MBS Audio or arrange for your goods to be returned to you at an additional cost.
Should you fail to make these arrangements within 3 months from the date you are notified, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange and resell your goods to recover our costs.
PayPal fees
Paypal no longer return fees to the retailer when refunds are made thorugh the Payapl system. This means that if you pay for goods using PayPal but then decide to then cancel the order, MBS Audio is still liable for these fees. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless the item was faulty or arrived damaged in transit, we reserve the right to recover our incurred costs and deduct them from the refund, for example if you decide that you do not want the item, you order it in error or you did not like the sound of it.
