Returning an Item
You have the right to return purchased items in line with your statutory rights. To initiate a return:

Returns of Unwanted Items
You can return an unwanted item under our 60-day No-Hassle Return Guarantee provided:

It is in original condition, free from scratches, stains, or cosmetic imperfections

It is in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

It has not been damaged due to improper use
Important: You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives at our returns address in its original condition. We strongly recommend using protective packaging and taking photos before sending.
Returns of Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a specific timeframe, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided the fault is not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

Within 30 days of purchase: You can request a full refund or replacement.

Between 30 days and 6 months: We will repair the item free of charge. If a repair is not possible, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

After 6 months: Contact us to discuss available options.
For faulty returns, MBS Audio covers the return shipping costs. However, you remain responsible for ensuring the item is well-packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately—just contact us.

If it has already been shipped, we may still be able to stop delivery, depending on the courier.

Refunds are processed only after the item has been returned and inspected.
Refund Process & Item Inspection
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item as quickly as possible. Refunds are only issued after a full assessment.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

If the item has been mishandled or incorrectly packaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Exclusions to Our Returns Policy

Your Responsibility for Returned Items
Until the item safely reaches us, you are fully responsible for its condition. This applies to all returns, even if we arrange the courier collection.

Items damaged due to poor packaging may result in refund deductions to cover repair or resale costs.

If a faulty item sustains further damage in transit due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to charge for repairs.

Packaging Guidelines
To ensure your item is protected in transit:

Secure the item inside the box with bubble wrap or padding to prevent movement.

Seal the box properly using strong packing tape.

Take photos before sealing the box as proof of its condition.

Include all accessories and manuals that came with the item.
