Your statautory rights when buying online or via telephone (known as 'distance selling​') is that you have 14 days to change your mind and return your purchase for a full refund. That’s a great start, but when it comes to Hi-Fi, we know 14 days sometimes isn’t enough to truly experience a product.  For example some of our products requires a burn-in time in excess of 500 hours!

Exceptions

To keep things fair, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all accessories included. If anything is missing, we’ll charge for the replacement plus a £10 administration fee per item.
     

  • All returns are thoroughly checked and tested before a refund is issued. Refunds will only be processed once this is complete.
     

  • Special order and custom-made items are not eligible.
     

  • Our 60-Day Guarantee applies only to products purchased online or over the phone. If you've already experienced the product through our 14-day home trial or a Hi-Fi Optimisation consultation before purchasing, the guarantee does not apply.
